Step 1:
Create an essay explaining to the league why you're the best candidate for the scholarship. The essay must have to the following information in order to be considered for entry:

• Your Full Name
• Your Current Address
• Your Current Phone Number(s)
• Your Team Name
• Your School
• Other relevant information such as GPA, extracurricular activities, etc.
• Students Full Name (School Administrators, etc)

Step 2:
School Administrator: Using school letterhead, please include the same information described above to the top of your document. Be sure to include the students full name as well. Using the form below upload your document to the site. Keeping in mind the following criteria:

• Only files that have the doc,txt,rtf will be allowed to be uploaded. Ideally you are going to upload a file that was created Microsoft Word (doc extension). If you do not have this program you can use any program that can create files with the above extension.
• All files must be under 50kb in size. (Please keep photo images out of your documents to minimize file size)
• ADMINISRATORS, etc. please make sure you fill in the student's name when uploading your file.

Step 3:
After successfully uploading your document make sure you follow up with school administrators, etc and ensure they have submitted/uploaded information on your behalf.

Step 4 - Alternative to submitting your application via this web site:
If for some reason you would like to submit you application without uploading it to this site or the program you are using does not allow you to create a file with the acceptable extensions, you can still submit you application. Please send all of your material to the following address, but make sure you mail it with enough time to meet the April 12, 2008 deadline.
