SIT Extends National Invitation
Annual Scholastic State Invitational Tournament Is Back!

You've waited all summer for this moment.Bring you're A-Game for Colorado's first and only exclusive tournament series for the high school and middle school inline hockey athlete. Brought to you by the Colorado High School Inline Hockey League, this tournament will exceed any previous attempts toward a high school division gathering.

All high school teams from across the state in all league divisions will compete for the bragging rights of the Colorado SIT Championships. High school divisions will include Varsity 5A, Varsity 4A, Junior Varsity 5A, and Junior Varsity 4A. Middle school divisions will include Gold, Silver, and Bronze divisions. >> MORE INFO.

League Registration News
New 2009 High School ONLINE Registration Process

You'll no longer need to fill out your League Registration on paper. Now the player, coach, and team administrator will affix their AAU member number, and enter their league data completely ONLINE at http://www.chsihl.com.

With the new coach roster management tool, coaches will use a process that will help ensure the integrity of the league teams, and help coaches and team administrators manage their team data more efficiently and accurately on the team roster(s).

PLAYERS

  • Complete his/her AAU Non-Athlete Membership. Have your AAU number ready before beginning your League Registration.
  • Carefully read and accept the League Code of Conduct
  • Apply AAU member number
  • Accurately complete the League Player Registration Form
  • Complete all the fields accurately before clicking on the SUBMIT button
  • Print Coach Registration Confirmation Page (Print 2-Copies, 1-Your Records, 1-Coach with attached League Fee Payment)
  • Complete all the fields accurately before clicking on the SUBMIT button

The player will have the ability to make corrections to spelling errors with their own login password. The player then prints his/her confirmation page, attaches the league fee (check) to the confirmation and returns the registration confirmation document in to their coach.

Once the player is registered and has submitted a copy if their confirmation document to their coach, the coach is then able to complete his/her Coach registration, and begin building the team rosters.

COACHES

  • Accurately complete the League Coach Registration Form
  • Complete all the fields accurately before clicking on the SUBMIT button
  • Print Coach Registration Confirmation Page (Print 2-Copies, 1-Your Records, 1-League with attached League Team Payments)
  • When League approval is granted via e-mail, coach will then have access to the Roster Management Tools, and the Registered Player List to complete the team rosters.

COACH ROSTER MANAGEMENT TOOL FUNCTIONS

  • Will allow coach to complete the League Team Roster
  • Assign and update Player Jersey Numbers
  • Assign and update Player Positions
  • Assign and update Player Grade Status
  • Manage Team Fee Accounting
  • Print Player Roster Confirmation Page
  • Access to Call-up Player management tools
  • Security access to other league coach contact information

Coach will complete the team rosters and ensure accountability for all his/her registered players, account for all league fee payments ensuring all team members' eligibility for league competition.

Coach will then simply print his/her roster confirmation, attach the team payment (check) and place both items in the mail as done in previous seasons. No more struggles with paper, hard to read penmanship or lost registration forms.

The team roster(s) and players will then automatically appear on the league website public rosters for viewing.

COACH NOTE:
League Coaching Certification will be mandatory for all individuals coaching in the League. Coaches will be required to complete the USA Roller Sports/AAU Level I Certification process. A schedule will be posted via e-mail and the league Website www.chsihl.com for more Coach Certification information. A Level II Certification will be available during the League high school 2008 season.
