The OnPoint Athletics™ Performance Training Summer Series program provides each athlete the opportunity to enhance speed, power, multi-directional quickness, and conditioning through a combination of on-rink skills training and plyometric workouts. These 60-90 minute sessions are supervised by our Skills Performance Coaches, to provide the individualized instruction necessary to improve strength, speed and endurance performance
